Migration Plan On Schedule

After spending a few hours tonight I managed to get a copy of the data in the CAcert database into the LibreSSL database without too much trouble, so this keeps things more or less on schedule with the migration plan, and things going well CAcert will be operating with the LibreSSL code base by the end of next week.
